How the work is structured
A consultation is an individual meeting in which we carefully explore your situation and inner experiences. At the beginning, we clarify your request — what has been happening and what outcome would feel meaningful for you.
We then explore the inner patterns and habitual ways of responding that maintain the difficulties and why they tend to repeat. This helps to gain clarity about what is happening and to find points of support.
During the session, we clarify your request, discuss your expectations for the work, and outline possible directions for the ongoing process. The aim is not to “find a solution” immediately, but to create clarity and a sense of support in what is happening.
Each psychological consultation is structured individually and depends on your request, your current state, and your pace of work.
The process is guided by professional responsibility and ethical standards.
