How a consultation works
A consultation is an individual meeting in which we carefully explore your situation and what is happening for you.
Our work begins with clarifying what matters most to you right now and what you would like to move towards. I help you become aware of the inner patterns that influence your feelings and decisions, and support you in finding your own sense of grounding and meaning.
In-person sessions take place in the centre of Tallinn. Online sessions are available via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams, or another platform that feels comfortable for you.
Sessions can be held in English.
The format of our work is tailored to you and is always adapted to your needs and pace.
Consultation fee
The consultation lasts 50 minutes and costs 40 €.
Consultations are available in person in Tallinn or online.
