Couples Therapist in Tallinn | Relationship Counselling Online and In Person
Relationships go through different stages. Sometimes couples are able to overcome difficulties on their own, while at other times it becomes increasingly difficult to understand each other, discuss important issues, and find solutions that work for both partners.
Couples counselling provides a safe space for open and honest communication, helping partners better understand the underlying causes of conflicts and develop new ways of relating to each other.
Couples counselling is available in person in Tallinn and online for clients in Estonia and other countries.

When Couples Counselling May Be Helpful
Many couples seek support only after a conflict has been ongoing for a long time and a great deal of hurt and resentment has built up between them.
However, counselling can also be helpful at an earlier stage — when the first signs of emotional distance appear, communication becomes more difficult, or the relationship begins to feel stuck.
In many relationships, conflicts arise not only because of differences in opinions, but also because of difficulties with personal boundaries, expectations, and the division of responsibility. If these experiences feel familiar, you may also find it helpful to learn more about support for personal boundaries and healthy relationships: Personal Boundaries and Healthy Relationships
The earlier a constructive dialogue can begin, the greater the opportunity to preserve understanding, connection, and closeness in the relationship.
How the work is structured
During the first sessions, we take time to explore the situation that brought you to counselling and identify the most important areas to focus on.
During counselling, each partner has the opportunity to be heard. The focus is not on assigning blame, but on developing a deeper understanding of what is happening in the relationship and finding ways to improve communication and connection between you.
The pace of our work is always tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
Confidentiality and professional ethics are fundamental principles of my work.
