However, for some people, the desire to do everything perfectly becomes a source of constant pressure, anxiety, and dissatisfaction with themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People who struggle with perfectionism often set extremely high standards for themselves and find it difficult to accept mistakes, imperfections, or results that fall short of their expectations. If needed, we can arrange other meeting formats by prior agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions can be held in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Counselling Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An individual counselling session lasts 50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fee is \u20ac40 per session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions are available in person in Tallinn or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some people come for a single consultation focused on a specific issue, while others choose longer-term counselling.
